ManufApp Showcases AI-Driven Smart Manufacturing at OPPI

AI is no longer a future concept for manufacturing. It is becoming a practical driver of productivity, agility, and resilience.

At a seminar organised by OPPI – Organization of Plastics Processors of India, Mr. Apar Sureka, CEO, ManufApp, delivered a session on AI in Manufacturing: Building the Next Generation Smart Factory.

The session highlighted how manufacturers are navigating rising productivity expectations and increasingly fragile supply chains caused by geopolitical uncertainties. In this environment, automation and digitisation are essential for building agile, responsive, and resilient manufacturing operations.

Mr. Sureka shared how emerging AI applications, especially Document AI and Voice AI, can reduce manual workload on the factory floor and empower frontline teams, including operators and technicians, to work more efficiently and make faster decisions.

ManufApp also showcased its AI-powered MES capabilities designed for plastics manufacturers across moulding, films, and related processing segments, enabling better visibility, streamlined execution, and smarter shop floor operations.

We thank OPPI for creating a valuable platform to discuss how technology can shape the future of plastics manufacturing.
